As a musician (bass guitar & guitar), Jacaranda has entertained audiences - both in Australia and the UK – he was guitarist in the Yorkshire band booked for Elvis Presley's 1978 tour of the USA – cancelled due to Elvis's death

 

He decided to record an album drawing energy from the guitar sounds of 50's stylists Scotty Moore, Chet Atkins, James Burton. ‘I felt that most modern pop, rock and even country guitar recordings have become very organised and lacked the spontaneity and energy of these pioneering guitarists And, in recording the album , I wanted to capture and recreate that 50's rebelliousness and apply it to a diverse mix of 50's/60's and hi-energy country tunes – most of these songs have been done before but none with this level of energy – bringing 50's/60's music up to the 21 st century

 

To country music and genuine 50's/60's music fans, SILVER STALLION is not for the faint-hearted – if you think you can survive unfettered 50's style guitars – take a deep breath ... get a grip... hold on tight... strap yourself in ...AND ...ENJOY!!!

 Jacaranda and Mark Clarke  are a duo named Jacaranda Clarke who are collaborating to compose and produce original music. "Teaming up with Mark to write started off being challenging but as we get closer to the pointy end of the project I am getting really excited . The songs offer some social commentaries along with esoteric and spiritual ideals. I feel excited by that direction and look forward to offering the ideas to the world  ...
